Kitchen & Eating Area

Should you wish to cook some or all of your meals while on vacation, you will find the kitchen equipped to handle all your needs.

Major appliances include an electric range, full fridge, and microwave (plus all the things you would expect in a kictchen such as a toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans etc.)

Although laundry is never in anyone’s vacation plans, its good to know that a washer and dryer are there just in case!

Family Room

The family room is the place to hang out when you’re not out in the pool area. Tastefully but practically furnished, the family room is the perfect place to kick the shoes off and watch some TV, play the stereo or send the kids with a movie.

Pool Area

The heated pool is located off the sliding glass doors in the family room and is entirely screened in to keep the bugs out. The lanai around the pool area was enlarged from the initial specification to ensure there is plenty of pool side space. The pool area has a complete set of patio furniture and many people consider this the prime living space in the home! As you can see, the pool backs onto a designated game sanctuary (which is how the community derived its name.. The Sanctuary!). For nature lovers, this is an added bonus as numerous species of wildlife call this green space home.
